• Three-hour minimum
required.
• After one hour, billing charges incur in 30-minute
increments. Fees are based on the time we leave our office,
using our time for services requested, and ends when services
are rendered.
• 24-hour notice is required for all services, except
grocery shopping, clothes shopping and vacation rental,
which requires a 3-day lead time prior to check-in. Requests
requiring same-day service (based on availability) will
incur additional fees.
• Cancellation policy is 24 hours notice. Failure
to provide 24-hour notice will result in charge of full
service.
• Client is responsible for third-party vendor charges.
Fees listed do not include merchandise.
• Service requests must be legal, ethical, moral and
reasonable.
• All payments must be paid in full before services
are rendered. Method of payment includes cash, check, PayPal,
EFT, traveler’s check, money order or credit card.
A $40 service fee will be charged for all returned checks.
A deposit may be required or monies for purchase of product.
• A 7% service fee will be added to any items purchased
by Cloud9 Concierge.
