Can I use my favorite stores
or do I have to use vendors selected by Cloud9 Concierge? Our vendors are our partners
and are carefully screened to meet our high level of standard.
However, if you want to use your vendors, we are always
happy to do so.
What areas do you service?
We service the Miami and Fort Lauderdale areas.
When are you available?
We are available anytime of the day or night. You can reach
us by phone, fax or e-mail. General office hours to reach
our staff are 8 am to 6 pm, Monday through Friday. Calling
after hours? Don’t’ worry! IgotU Lifestyle provides
a one-phone call away service for our clients to ensure
no request is left incomplete. No matter the time, you will
always reach us.
How do I start using your
service? It’s easy! Your request for
services can be made via phone or e-mail. We will then contact
you to discuss the services and cost. Once the paperwork
is completed and the payment received, we go to work. We
will follow up to confirm when the service is completed.
If we are completing travel, charter or entertainment requests,
you will receive an itinerary with times, dates, confirmation
numbers, etc.
The service[s] I need are not listed on your website! The
services listed are a sampling of the services we offer
and are more of the typical services requested by our clients.
The list is by no means all-inclusive. If you don’t
see the service, just ask!
What do you do with the personal
information I provide about me, my family, my company, my
credit card information, etc.? Cloud9 Concierge does not give out information to any other party.
The information collected is used to complete the requested
service[s]. We also provide a confidentiality form upon
your request.
What
happens if you can’t access my home or place of business?
If Cloud9 Concierge is not able to access your
home or place of business, you will be contacted and charged
for the time delayed. If scheduling does not permit all
tasks to be completed due to other obligations, you will
need to reschedule within a 24-hour notice. As well, you
will be charged the full cost of service and delay time.
How do I pay for your services?
Payment must be made in full prior to the service date.
We accept all major credit cards, cash and checks [personal,
travelers and money orders].
